Garbage pails with or without lids do not always use space effectively, because the garbage is not compressed and therefore too many disposable bags are used and it becomes difficult to organize.
Our Company has designed a garbage pail with recycling capabilities. It can be used automatically or manually to compress garbage and it can also indicate when the pail is full, half full etc. When the garbage has reached a certain level the lid will automatically begin to compress the garbage inside the pail. Each time you put more garbage inside, it will be compressed by the lid. When the pail has completed the compression process to the limit, it is possible to continue the process manually with the use of an external lever. By doing so you will be able to put several times the amount of garbage into the pail as in a conventional garbage pail.
